EO Accelerator Program Structure: Designed to Support Your Growth
Learning Days
Throughout the year, you’ll attend learning days that follow four themes and focus on how to grow your business: Strategy, People, Execution, and Cash. You’ll learn how to best build your business around these four important pillars.
STRATEGY
Create Sustainable Top Line Growth
The keys to sustainable top-line growth are knowing your core customer, developing a clear brand promise, and creating your BHAG® (Big Hairy Audacious Goal)* for sustainable revenue growth.
PEOPLE
Become a Magnet for A-players Who Are Dedicated to Results
Growth companies’ most difficult decisions involve getting the right people in the right seats. Is everyone in your company aligned, pulling their weight, and contributing as they should?
EXECUTION
Develop a Strategic Advantage Over Your Competitors
One common challenge that quietly sneaks up on successful scaling companies is the subtle transition from excellent, precise execution to passivity, complacency, and eventually poor execution disciplines. Tightening up your execution habits can dramatically improve your gross margins and profitability while reducing the time it takes to get work done.
CASH
Accelerator Cash Flow to Fuel Your Growth
The first law of entrepreneurial gravity is “Growth sucks cash.” We encourage companies to examine their cash acceleration strategies which include pricing, time to ROI, and cost vs. quality comparisons.

You’ll be matched with a small group of three other entrepreneurs and an EO-member coach who help you set goals and keep you accountable to achieve them. Whether you’re driven to establish success metrics, make your next hire, or meet a revenue goal, your Accountability Group helps you stay the course.
EO Accelerator FAQs: How to Grow Your Business
What is the application process & requirements?
To be qualified for the Accelerator Program, your business must make $250,000 to $1 million in revenue, verifiable by an audit form. Once you complete the application, a local chapter manager will personally follow up with you to determine if you’re a good fit for the program. If you’re accepted, your local chapter will begin the onboarding process. Annual dues vary by chapter location.
Why is Accelerator different from other business growth programs?
The Accelerator Program is built on EO values of trust and respect, a thirst for learning, thinking big, growing together, and not soliciting business from cohort members.
How long does the program take?
Some participants complete Accelerator over the course of one year while others extend their program time to learn and scale at their own pace.
Who participates in the Accelerator Program?
Businesses from any industry are welcome to apply. Service-based and retail businesses are the most common types of businesses in the program.
Are you ready to take yourself and your business to the next level? Apply for the EO Accelerator Program and a local chapter manager will be in touch.
